Magnetic Handcuffs and You ~ Wendi Zwaduk

In my latest short story, Play to Him, my hero happens to be a billionaire. How’d he make his cash? Sex toys. Yes, I wrote that with a grin. He creates and sells sex toys. He’s also a trained Dom.
Now to be fair, when I write BDSM, I don’t write super hardcore, intense BDSM. There’s a hint of fun and it’s always sexy. I’m on the softer end of BDSM. Even though Sebastian is a Dom, he’s not out for blood. No, he wants to have a good time and do what the sub needs in order to come apart. He just has to find his perfect sub.
So who is his perfect sub? Readers might remember Rhiannon from Savin’ Me. She was the bratty lead singer for Razrs Edge. Even brats need to be tamed. Well, time and having to rebuild her musical career sort of helped tame her a bit, too. Rhiannon was one of the characters that wouldn’t let me go. I knew she had issues and wanted to play when the threesome in Savin’ Me played. But there wasn’t room in there for her.
Enter Sebastian. He’s always had a thing for her and now he’d like to test out his toys—with her help. The first being his latest creation...magnetic handcuffs. Back in the seventies, there were magnetic handcuffs. They had a magnetic key and locked the prisoner up tight. Sounds great, right? Except there was the minor issue of any other powerful magnet. Yeah, any magnet would open them. Not good for law enforcement or BDSM play. Sebastian, knowing this was the problem with the first generation magnetic cuffs, created some that only unlock with the press of a button. The magnet closes the cuffs and a fob is used to unlock them. Once the cuff is closed, only the person with the fob can open them. But, being a nice guy, Sebastian also built in an escape button on the cuffs in the event that the fob gets lost. Hey, there’s a magnetic current in them—a saw won’t work here. Grin. These cuffs aren’t for the faint of heart, either. There’s a great deal of trust involved in using them.
But does Rhiannon trust him enough or will the relationship fizzle before it even gets started? You’ll have to read Play to Him and find out.

The key to her freedom is accepting his bonds.
Rhiannon Dubois set out to find her own path in life—with her music, her career and what she wants in the bedroom. No more giving in to get what she wants. She’s making her own rules.
Except with the billionaire playboy she can’t get out of her mind.
Sebastian Chastain knows Rhiannon better than she knows herself. Despite her best efforts to hide her need for submission behind her independent streak, she blossoms when she relinquishes control. He’s got the tools to jumpstart her career and he’s not stopping until she regains her spot in the limelight.
She puts herself in his masterful hands, but can he also convince her to offer her heart?

I’ve always dreamt of writing the stories in my head. Tall, dark, and handsome heroes are my favorites, as long as he has an independent woman keeping him in line.  I love playing with words and letting the characters run wild.
NASCAR, Ohio farmland, dirt racing, animals and second chance romance  all feature prominently in my books.  I also write under the pen name of Megan Slayer. I’m published with Total-E-Bound, Changeling Press, Liquid Silver Books, Turquoise Morning Press, Decadent Publishing and The Wild Rose Press. Come join me for this fantastic journey!
