Being
the new wolf in town isn’t easy, but Lynwood Pierce is used to being on the
outside. He often finds himself buried knee-deep in politics before he can
figure out where the best place to grab a cup of coffee might be, but this
small town is different—she is different.
Dara is a bitch in more ways than one. Running a pack might not have been her
dream job, but she’s a firm believer that life happens while you’re making
other plans. A rogue on her turf means she’s going to fight, and she is ready
to face the challenge.
A woman with no plans to be tamed and a rootless wolf with no plans to stick
around shouldn’t have more than a brief encounter and be done. However, when
Dara meets Lynwood, the call to mate might drown out logic altogether.
Meet
the three Grayson brothers. Big, bad and gorgeous.
HOLD ME UNTIL MIDNIGHT is the middle brother Jackson’s book. He’s an
ex-street fighter who falls for a pampered princess who, despite the way things
look, turns out to be exactly what he needs.
Every good girl loves a very bad boy…
Scarlett Ashford
needs a date for her father’s wedding. Only she doesn’t just need a guy in a
suit—she needs a bodyguard. The only problem is that Jackson Grayson is big and
gorgeous and way too sexy. So much so that Scarlett’s tempted to let this hot
bad boy ruin her oh-so-good reputation…
Jackson doesn’t do
relationships and he certainly doesn’t sleep with clients. Yet he can’t fight
their inconvenient attraction, or how badly he wants Scarlett’s warm and wicked
curves against his body. He wants her. Now. Even if it’s just for one night,
and even if walking away the next morning isn’t as easy as he thought.
Besides, one hot and
incredibly intense night between a bad boy and a pampered princess could never
turn into something real…could it?

“How the hell did you
get in here?” She exhaled the words on a harsh exhale.
“That is not
imperative at the moment. You must come with me.”
“Like that’s going to
happen.” Covering her anxiety with a snort, she backed up to the door.
Adrenaline chased away her fatigue and she searched for the handle. “It’s time
for you to leave, the bar’s closed.”
Between one heartbeat
and the next, he was in front of her. The overhead light glistened off his
skin. An intangible force pushed her back against the cool metal of the door.
Desire washed away her fear. “Who are you?” Violent, inexplicable need
harshened her tone.
“That matter’s not.”
“It matters to me.
You’re in my bar after hours. I have the right to know your name.”
“Nightmare.”
The name sent chills
up her spine. “Nightmare, huh?” Just what
I need some punk from the local gang trying to shake me down. She looked
him over. His dark grey suit cast a question on gang affiliation. He’s not the type I’d expect to be causing
problems for business owners. What is he into? Maybe not a gang…could the mob
have moved into Sweetwater?
“I can bring your
deepest fears alive.” His rich voice sent a rush of heat through her body.
She raised an eyebrow
in question. Great, an escaped mental
patient walks into a bar…can this night get any worse?
“If you don’t believe
me look down.” The cool dare interweaving the words drew her gaze toward the
floor—and it disappeared beneath her feet.
She stood on a steel
beam hundreds of feet in the air. Frozen and unable to move, her heart
thundered in her ears. Squeezing her eyes shut, she swallowed the hard lump in
her throat. This isn’t real. She
repeated the refrain, but not even the knowledge of standing in the bar
dissuaded her mind from what her eyes told it. She dangled a thousand feet in
the air, and panic engulfed her.
“Believe me now?” He
taunted.
“Please…” I’m going to die. A tear escaped her
clenched eyes and she peeked down again, the acrid taste of bile in the back of
her throat. The floor became solid once more and she collapsed. Sucking in
noisy gulps of air, she tried to reconcile the insane with the real, but her
mind rebelled.
“Come with me now
before we’re late.” Nightmare ordered, his impassive visage cold and
unforgiving.
“What do you want?” She
choked out.
“I mean you no harm…”
“No harm? Are you out
of your mind?” It took everything she had not to vomit. “You just had me
dangling on a steal beam. Get out.”
He squatted in front
of her, remorseless. Catching her upper arm in his hand, she thought he wanted
to pull her up, but froze and instead dropped to his knees beside her, his head
bowed.
Alarmed further, she
watched him warily. “What is it? Are you okay?”
“You’re a Queen.” His
voice barely rose above a whisper. “A Stormkin Queen. The one I’ve searched
for.”
About
the Author:
Born and raised
in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, Marissa Dobson now resides about an hour
from Washington, D.C. She is a lady who likes to keep busy, and is always busy
doing something. With two different college degrees, she believes you are never
done learning.
Being the first
daughter to an avid reader, this gave her the advantage of learning to read at
a young age. Since learning to read she has always had her nose in a book. It
wasn’t until she was a teenager that she started writing down the stories she
came up with.
Marissa is
blessed with a wonderful supportive husband, Thomas. He is her other half and
allows her to stay home and pursue her writing. He puts up with all her quirks
and listens to her brainstorm in the middle of the night.
Her writing
buddies Max (a cocker spaniel) and Dawne (a beagle mix) are always around to
listen to me bounce ideas off them. They might not be able to answer, but they
are helpful in their own ways.

I was asked once would you rather become blind or
deaf. It's or horrible thought either way, but in that moment I knew I really
didn't want to live without music.
I don't know about you, but music is an integral
part of my life. I mark life-changing events by the songs that were popular on
the radio. My first date, prom, wedding, births of my children, even the deaths
of people close to me are marked in my memory with song.
All it takes is for a particular tune to play on the
radio and my memory immediately transports me. More than any other sense—except
maybe smell—hearing can take me to another time and place.
So is it any wonder that I get my chief inspiration
from music. There are times when a song captures my attention and a whole story
forms in my mind.
All my stories have extensive playlists. Generally,
the songs I select capture an emotion I want to convey in a particular
character or scene. But they always have one theme song.
The theme song for Night with a Dom, my current
release with Decadent Publishing is
At his suggestion, she signs up with the 1Night Stand
service, listing her deepest sexual desires on the application. A speedy response from Madame Eve has Melody
on her way to Sonoma Valley wine country and a one-night stand with a
mysterious Dom.
The sexy, masked Master promises to get to the bottom of her
guilt and provide ultimate satisfaction under the safety of his stern hand.
After an emotional night of submission and uninhibited passion, will her
lover’s unmasking lead to the end of their encounter or give Mel another chance
at love?
Major
Love ~~~ Major Romance
Prior to becoming a writer of romantic fiction, Casea Major
worked in the legal field for a non-profit dispute resolution company for ten
years. She is now a full-time mom to
three preschool children with whom she and her husband live happily...most of
the time. When she isn't chained to her
laptop, she enjoys Cary Grant movies and crocheting.
In my latest short story, Play to Him, my hero happens to be a
billionaire. How’d he make his cash? Sex toys. Yes, I wrote that with a grin.
He creates and sells sex toys. He’s also a trained Dom.
Now to
be fair, when I write BDSM, I don’t write super hardcore, intense BDSM. There’s
a hint of fun and it’s always sexy. I’m on the softer end of BDSM. Even though
Sebastian is a Dom, he’s not out for blood. No, he wants to have a good time
and do what the sub needs in order to come apart. He just has to find his
perfect sub.
So who
is his perfect sub? Readers might remember Rhiannon from Savin’ Me. She was the bratty lead singer for Razrs Edge. Even
brats need to be tamed. Well, time and having to rebuild her musical career
sort of helped tame her a bit, too. Rhiannon was one of the characters that
wouldn’t let me go. I knew she had issues and wanted to play when the threesome
in Savin’ Me played. But there wasn’t room in there for her.
Enter
Sebastian. He’s always had a thing for her and now he’d like to test out his
toys—with her help. The first being his latest creation...magnetic handcuffs.
Back in the seventies, there were magnetic handcuffs. They had a magnetic key
and locked the prisoner up tight. Sounds great, right? Except there was the
minor issue of any other powerful magnet. Yeah, any magnet would open them. Not
good for law enforcement or BDSM play. Sebastian, knowing this was the problem
with the first generation magnetic cuffs, created some that only unlock with
the press of a button. The magnet closes the cuffs and a fob is used to unlock
them. Once the cuff is closed, only the person with the fob can open them. But,
being a nice guy, Sebastian also built in an escape button on the cuffs in the
event that the fob gets lost. Hey, there’s a magnetic current in them—a saw
won’t work here. Grin. These cuffs aren’t for the faint of heart, either.
There’s a great deal of trust involved in using them.
But
does Rhiannon trust him enough or will the relationship fizzle before it even
gets started? You’ll have to read Play to
Him and find out.
Rhiannon Dubois set out to find her own path in
life—with her music, her career and what she wants in the bedroom. No more
giving in to get what she wants. She’s making her own rules.
Except with the billionaire playboy she can’t get
out of her mind.
Sebastian Chastain knows Rhiannon better than she
knows herself. Despite her best efforts to hide her need for submission behind
her independent streak, she blossoms when she relinquishes control. He’s got
the tools to jumpstart her career and he’s not stopping until she regains her
spot in the limelight.
She puts herself in his masterful hands, but can
he also convince her to offer her heart?
